M3 MEGAFORMER MACHINE
CLASSES ARE TAUGHT ON THE REVOLUTIONARY M3 MEGAFORMER & FOCUS ON SLOW, RESISTANCE-BASED MOVEMENTS DESIGNED TO TONE, TIGHTEN, AND STRENGTHEN YOUR ENTIRE BODY.
The Megaformer M3 is the 4th version of the Megaformer. The front platform is fixed and has a unique angular shape for body alignment. The M3 is loaded with 8 springs and features a unique springs system located in the middle. The front and back handle bars are adjustable. 2 openings are located at the back of the carriage for hands or feet positioning. In addition, the carriage has a stability bar along side.
